“I’ve always had a desire to create things, from wood to glass to gun smithing and a few in between. I dig getting in my groove at my grinder with little to no plan and witnessing what comes out. There’s nothing like finding the knives that are hiding in my bars of steel. I’d rather build the skill and patience of free hand grinding as taught to me by Gil Hibben and give myself the freedom to do things with a grinder that can’t be done with jigs and fixtures.
